I have received a rash of huge empty e-mail's registering 130 K and the strange names I do not recognize. The messages do not contain viruses but my attempt to inquire has nothing

mailboxes has been a target on the plains this week in rural areas and you wonder how anyone can be so cruel. X P has now offered an upgrade and what an insult that is that they want us to pay $200 to upgrade what they should recall an upgrade for free. It is my opinion that Microsoft should be irresponsible for all the damage done to me and other users by the release of Windows X P Operating System that destroy me so that I'll never be back law cow was before. It is said now that the average user does not need X P and all, that is just trouble for them and that I believe. It is so all important to Microsoft that their stock prices remain high as their sales volume remains high marketing stuff on public.

A jail fire has claimed many lives in Western, North Carolina. Florida has so many foster care children that they literally cannot keep up with them and one old girl is reported lost.

The state is so quick to take children from their parents to worse facilities no telling where while they sink into confusion and devastation with no answers to rehabilitate the parents.

God is the answer to all these problems but most of these problems are profits for some.

I observed a lady in front of me at Garner's Health Food cafeteria ordering almond trout and one almond fell off. The lady told a server twice that she had dropped an almond. I ordered the same and the server ask me if I wanted extra almonds, of course I do and they were delicious along with baked potatoes, rice and a green vegetable. I ordered no drink or water with my meal and another server came to ask if she could get me a drink, I told her that I was trying to be British and not drink as I eat so that the body juices good mix in the mouth and go down slowly with digestion already begun and some energy already entering the bloodstream. We Americans wash our foods down literally with colas and coffee. My head feels a little strange but I am kicking the coffee habit just fine so far and I am determined to leave it off forever. Coffee is a powerful negative to the body and gives me heart palpitations. I take it to stay awake but it seems to put me to sleep anyway and causes many problems in my system wherein I feel that I have no control. let me be coffee free. Let me be the natural water free of chlorine of fluoride. let me eat vegetables/fruit.

Satan lives within people and often manifest himself in bitter words demonstrating awful attitudes and causing irreparable damage to family and friends. For a few dollars people will burn the bridges not realizing there need for the same people in years to come. The church folks with gossip columns whereby they lean on are bad at this, especially church folks. Without true conversion, people have a tendency to invest themselves in idleness.

Live free of all addiction. Teach and preach the truth. Be fair and be ye Christian always.

Some people are too much and some people are not enough. I don't like shouting over my food at a cafeteria. At best we are at risk when eat out as the food is prepared unknown.

Eating the rations like restaurants serve is certain and sudden death. I will reframe from eating standard food to live even if I am hungry. Start anew to educate people on foods.

Let me serve Lord to paint the truth and to reveal in this journal the facts of health now.
